Upper River Limits : 290 Main St W, Dunnville to Cayuga Bridge
Lower River Limits: Dunnville Boat Club to Port Maitland

Cancellation Policy
For GREATLAKER pontoon rentals, weather decisions - including cancellations or postponements - are always made at our descretion to prioritize everyones safety on these unpredictable big waters. We will provide a final confirmation two days before your trip, checking the forecast to confirm conditions are safe and suitable for heading out. If rescheduling isn't possible due to ongoing bad weather. we will cancel your rental and fully refund your deposit. Safety comes first and we only want to get you on the water when conditions are safe for travel.
